CHALLENGE
To create a clear and easily understandable training video for Uber’s drivers to follow when travelling with a wheelchair or wheelchair users; covering topics of safety, etiquette and best practices.
APPROACH
After going through the training ourselves we scripted the process in its entirety, including designing the dialogue around consent, clarity and safety. We worked with broadcaster and journalist Mik Scarlet, who also performed the voice over narration, and also consulted on issues of inclusion in collaboration with Transport for All, Inclusion London and Accessible Ltd.
