CHALLENGE
To create a series of 8 induction and training videos for new recruits; from the roasting process and to latte art to customer service and sustainability, they wanted to inject their brand with an energised video series bringing together the faces from their 10 coffeeshops across London.
APPROACH
We did the rounds of The Gentlemen Barista’s flagship coffee shops and roastery. Speaking to the founders, baristas, roasters and cooks, we created an encompassing inside-look at the company’s ethos, methods and experience.
